Together, we have experience, knowledge, and relationships built across all facets of the retail landscape. Carra specializes in distriubtion & retail management services, and Jake specializes in financial services. Carra previously worked for a boutique brokerage as Director of Operations, supporting 40+ brands in their distribution and retail growth. Before that role, Carra ran a sustainable grocery/farmer's market delivery service in the Greater Denver Area. Jake was the CEO of Happy Leaf Kombucha prior to Bechamel CPG, and grew the brand from the farmer's market to a multi-state retail presence, including Whole Foods and Central Market. With a background in finance and accounting, Jake is able to create decision-making tools that give brands the confidence to compete in the retail space while maintaining a healthy financial foundation.

Fun fact: We met through the farmer's market business, as Happy Leaf was a vendor! We are based out of Longmont, Colorado, and are fully remote.
